CUT&Tag方法是Active Motif 专利技术TAM-ChIP^TM技术的一个变形。

CUT&Tag基于ChIP原理，同样是利用抗体识别并结合目标蛋白和修饰的组蛋白，但与ChIP的免疫沉淀步骤相比，CUT&Tag经抗体孵育后直接剪切染色质和制备文库。
